Yes she was saying that the jury was looking at a picture of Caylee's skull with TONS of roots all in it. She said there is no way all those roots could have grown in 2 weeks, just common sense wise. She was pointing out the picture that the jury was viewing totally discredited the witness, and the jury knew it.

guess by that we are all suspects in being there since none of us have/don't have soil on our shoes from there.

what i got form that witness is that if you're going to comit a crime do it barefoot so there is zero chance of dirt, mud, soil etc getting on your shoes that may or may not come of and you wouldn't be exempt from being a suspect anyways so whats the diff......

OR

if you're going to comit a crime either make sure you walk around in all kids of muddy soil to get as much stuff on your shoes as possible to mix the soil around so it can't be detected OR throw your shoes away after you comit a crime

I think, Casey will be convicted, but the verdict will be thrown out, so many errors. Both lead attorneys, defense and prosecution, behave inappropriately, but Perry's contempt for Baez is apparent and influences the jury. The judge is partial..and it shows. iMO

Pretty sure they are taking his deposition this afternoon... so I don't think we know if he will testify yet.

witness just said that IF a person is given a low amount doesn't mean it will show up in the hair.

so once or a small amount might not show up
