there was nothing in the report for ashton to take a deposition on and was busy taking a deposition from the other guy baez screwd up on so it's ashton's fault he didn't take the depo.

and are we supposed to be shocked ashton was annoyed, a little rude, short, pissed whatever????

I think Baez and Casey Anthony make a perfect team. They both think that everybody believes their lies and that they can be "charming "enough to fool the ones that don't believe the lies.

OK...this witness said that he was subpoena'd a couple of weeks ago, didn't really follow the case, and wasn't sure "what direction" things were going in until he got more info from Baez?

this guy. he's the witness that was supposed to testify on saturday after the first guy was removed but this guy didn't give the documentation the court ordered because baez didn't ask him to do it.

then sent him over to ashtons office (or to call im not sure) and was turned away because of the half page writing about basically nothing

now baez is making or trying to make excuses for why it wasn't done but he's been busted - again

Let's do it. However, I will need a couple weeks after the trial ends to clean my house and get to know my family again. When one of the children interrupts the trial and obsessive internet searching on the case, it takes me a few minutes to remember their name. That can't be good, can it?
