I think it's Frye. I'm not really sure...to determine if someone qualifies as an expert witness? Maybe? I know joviroxx explained it in one of the other threads, so you can try searching those threads. And if joviroxx wasn't galavanting around Italy, she could just explain it again!

Frye hearings are a chance for the judge to make sure that the evidence is accepted by the scientific community. If not, the evidence can be excluded.

What they forgetting about is that the skull was already moved due to Kronk kicked the bag and it rolled out. And no one knows how far it rolled out. Or how it landed versus how it was laying in the bag. With it being kicked it may have moved the duct taped out of place.
