Those crazy Holloway girls! I hope the prosecution can get enough in about Krystal (or whatever her name is) to give the jury reason to doubt her testimony.

IF George said that about it being an accident (and wasn't that when he was suicidal after Caylee's body had been found and Casey was charged?), I think he said it as a man desperate to explain a dead grandchild at the hands of his daughter...desperately hoping that what happened was an accident and that his daughter didn't really murder her own daughter.

Liles admitted binding her 4 year old son's hands, feet and mouth with tape, covering his eyes with a bandana and locking him in a bathroom. The boy was locked in the dark, windowless room for at least 15 minutes


admitted doing that to the boy several times, claiming it was a game, not punishment.




I'd hate to see how she plays tag..... she prob pushes him into on coming traffic to teach him to be quick on his feet

Oh goodness ... fighting about witnesses in the courtroom already according to HLN! Allegedly, they started this arguing at 8:30 am! Guess they were told they have to handle it out of courtroom.

Something about some Dr. coming forward on Sat. to say you can extract DNA from decomposition remains.

Judge not allowing the testimony about the low copy DNA, but says he will allow a Frye hearing on it to possibly allow it in.

see this is what pisses me off about baez.

he can't be bothered to do something on time even though the COURT ordered him to do so but because it works against the defense/Casey's rights it doesn't seem to matter and he still gets to get it done just at a later date????

no wonder baez can't be bothered - he keeps getting away with his crap

What pisses me off is that Baez swears he's only going to question a witness about certain things, and then he gets them on the stand and "rings the bell" by asking about something he's not supposed to ask.

Why didn't either attorney (or staff) do research on whether you can get DNA from decomp fluids? I would think that this would be one thing you'd be researaching!

Were there decomp fluids in the trunk? Didn't Cindy attempt to clean the trunk?
