Later we should take a poll as to how long we think the jury will deliberate, I'm still sorried about the woman who "can't judge."

I'm guessin' "sorried" was a typo, but I submit it should be a real word, as it describes my feelings exactly!

Now that Baez has been spanked by Judge Perry (in fairness, both sides got chastised), do you think his witness list will change?

In our house the word is "binked". Cat in my avatar was feisty when young, started the nasty habit of biting the neck of our older cat. We'd do a finger flick on his head and say "I'm gonna BINK you!!". Didn't take long before he understood what BINK meant. So every time JB gets overrulled, DH & I yell "BINK!".

HLN has Spitz on again... It's just as painful the 2nd time around. I had to LOL when he had the top of the skull on backwards and the jaw bone fell off. And he expects the jury to buy the tape was put on AFTER she was placed in the woods? Give me a break....

You would think the Baez would have been smart enough to not make light of it. His purposeful 1 minute difference and chuckle to go with it were not just unprofessional but completely disrespectful to the court. Really, laugh?

I think the only chance the defense has is if they put Casey on the stand. Either it helps their case or Ashton is going to grill her worse than the "bug guy". I'm going to choose the latter.

They were replaying some of Baez's opening statement on InSession this afternoon. I noticed that Baez said "and you will hear that from Ms. Anthony". If they caught that, I think the jury is expecting her to take the stand. If she does she'll get eaten alive by the prosecution if she doesn't it makes the opening statement less credible that it already is.

I believe this also..but only because of their opening statement that incriminated two other people by name. George isn't "'fessing" up of course...so she is the only one who can tell about that side of the story.

The defense is otherwise toast.

I agree. The people on insession said it best. "In his opening statement, Baez wrote a check he can't cash unless he puts Casey on the stand".

I didn't get to see Dr. Spitz testify the first time. I am watching the replay now and all I can say is,"WOW!" It is so painful to watch. It seems like it is either Dr. Spitz's way or the highway. He seems to get very agitated and angry when JA challenges him.

He thinks he's cute and charming, and that 9:26 was just a funny. He's not, and it wasn't.

And forgetful...don't leave out forgetful. And sleepy...can't remember what he said in an interview because he fell asleep and missed when it was aired. Oh boy.
