So, the skull decomposed on the side (per Spitz), and to get the duct tape on the skull, the skull would have had to have been moved to get the duct tape around each side, but moving the skull would have separated the mandible from the skull, so the person would have had to replace it in an anatomically correct position.
So far, Ashton is winning this one, IMHO.

If the duct tape was placed after decomp... the duct tape probably should have left SOME residue? He says no.
