So someone please tell me if I am wrong with this assumption:

Casey has Caylee's body in her trunk. It starts to decomposs and the smell is overwhelming. She realizes she has to cover up the smell. She says to boyfriend or friends in his apartment that she will take the garbage out. Instead of throwing it in a dumpster, she puts it in her trunk to allow it to cover up the "dead body" smell. Her hopes being that if they found her car with the garbage in the back it would account for the bad smell.

Am I far off in my thinking?

Ashton is known as being very "passionate". If you hear local attorneys speak about him, they always say how easy it is to poke him and get a reaction. I think he and his co-counsl LDB make a great team. They balance each other out

No, they were there, weren't they? The judge said the jury's been going since 1:30 and needed a break.

No I think that's the exact reason Tonys garbage was in the trunk.--No other reason.

No they were there which is why HHBP took this break

i dont 'care if he did - if he chopped off her legs if he stabbed her in the heart and she survived - why kill your child for something your father did (didn't do )

I know...me too. I wanted him to keep going until that poor witness needed to be carried out of the courtroom in the fetal position.
