If the body was in bags and just used to transport from one place to another, it is possible that there wasn't a decomp stain. Then the flies that would have come with that, Cindy may have vacuumed out, if there were any.

This seems like the only plausible explanation. Too bad they can't prove she was wrapped in bags before being put in the trunk.

But isn't there supposedly the stain in the shape of a child? But now that I think about it, that's not something that came out in court, right? And I honestly didn't "see" a body outline in the pictures.

They just talked on InSession about the tow truck operator saying that when he opened the trunk, hundreds of flies flew out.

Yes, it was the outline of a small child in the fetal position.

I wonder why the state didn't close with the amount of flies that were present in the trunk.

he state should call him back as a rebuttal witness.

;)

So, from what Im gathering, the entire defense team showed up at the site when they found Caylee. This Dr Huntington was with them. They were not allowed in as 1) it was a crime scene and 2) the body hadn't been identified yet.

I remember that! I totally forgot.

Interesting right? How did they know it was her? They were so sure they brought that guy down from Nebraska immediately, THE SAME DAY!

Again.. LOL.. The response shows up before the post !

When did this gentleman on the stand say he first arrived in town? was it the 11th? Or was it after they located Caylees remains?

He got a call on the 11th from the defense. I think they visited the site on the 12th but the remains hadn't been identified yet.

OK, Im correcting myself.. He flew down on the 13th. More importantly, when they found remains at Blanchard Park, there was no fast mobilization by the defense. They knew it wasn't Caylee at BP but they knew it WAS her remains on Suburban Drive.....

That is interesting if Caylees body is only so far from the street how come he didn't find it? or your bug expert didn't notice alot of bug activity in the area maybe? Did they disturb evidence by walking around the crime scene area? How do we know they didnt plant evidence? :rolleyes1

What day were the remains identified?

The other body that was found that turned out not to be Caylee - did the defense start calling experts to come down before it was identified too???

Well, now that it has been brought up by the defense, the jury may get to see the stain.

I can't wait for cross.

And this guy has never physically examined the car or the stain. his testimony is on his own experiments.

He was called Dec 11, 2008. Caylee's remains were identified Dec 18. The defense knew it was Caylee, I hope JA brings that up.

When did Casey tell JB the story of finding Caylee dead by accidental drowning? If it was in the beginning while they were still searching for her body, wouldn't JB be in trouble for not telling LE the truth and withholding information? Or would that be considered priveledged information?

Baez says Caylee never went missing so why is he looking in the wooded area for her if she is not missing. o wouldn't that indicate Baez knew where she is?

Oh god. Here we go again with the garbage trash debate

Is he going to ask everyone what the difference is???????

Yes, it was the outline of a small child in the fetal position.
Allegedly. Did anyone in any way prove that? Honestly, I never personally "saw" the outline in the pictures.

Apparently the ghost followed us from the other thread! :scared1:

I googled that, and there was no body found in Blanchard Park...just empty bags? Padilla had said there were bones in the bags, but it turned out not to be true? :confused3

BUT...the defense wouldn't know that, unless they knew that. :confused3

I think she told him the drowning story 6 weeks before the trial, when he announced "big bombshell in opening statement", after he begged her to say something, ANYTHING. ;)

I believe she was identified on the 18th.

Witness just said the maggots were in the trash bag because there was a paper towel in there and they love to snuggle into it to have babies.
