Casey Anthony TRIAL thread #2

Prosecution back up, Casey back to head down & eye dabbing. Those nasty prosecutors, traumatizing her like that. :rolleyes2

And defense doesn't seem to take much time to cross examine do they?

For some reason, this recalls memories of Lindsay Lohan and her trials ... the f-word on her fingernail and didn't she make a similar motion with a tissue as well? Maybe Casey has been studying celebs and how to get away with saying "F you" without the words coming out of her mouth?

It seemed like she kept that finger there an awfully long time ....

Listen to 6.15 as what Linda asks for:lmao:

Entertain me for a few seconds here -

Giving Casey the benefit of doubt and believing that Caylee's passing was indeed an accidental drowning, she was apparently okay with tossing Caylee in the woods like garbage.

So, suck it up Buttercup!!

:thumbsup2 I could believe that it was accidental. I could even believe she panicked. I don't believe George sexually abused her but I can suspend belief enough to pretend like it happened. What I can't buy is that she casually tossed her baby into the woods and went on with life. She wasn't just going through the motions. She was partying like it was 1999! She didn't shed a tear once. You can only ask the jury to suspend belief on so many things.

Every summer, there are accidental drownings in my area. Whether it's in a family pool, a public pool, or at the beach, it happens. We hear about it on the news.

So ... if this child accidentally drowned, why do you have to panic and hide the body? I'd think that, living in FL, you'd hear of a lot more accidental drownings happening since swimming is a year-round sport. So, why the need to panic and hide a body if it was accidental? Don't you call 911 all crying and screaming and upset that your child has drowned and you can't revive them? Isn't that the normal reaction as opposed to the "how do I hide this body and not have anyone find out ever"? I mean, it's not like the child was a secret ... friends and family knew she had Caylee ... so why even do this? Obviously, because it wasn't an accidental drowning. They need to get off of that theory because it will never fly.

We are supposed to believe it's because Cindy would get mad. :confused3

And that is why the defense theory makes no sense whatsover, especially, since George Anthony used to be a cop!

Isn't it amazing how Casey can turn her tears on and off. When they are not talking about remains not crying and looking up, talking about remains starts to "cry" and looks down.

I've been missing alot. I read a few pages back that the heart sticker was inadmissable. I'm wondering why, as it was found with the skull and tape.

Right. I hope my kids never think I'm going to get so pissed off that they have to hide an ACCIDENT in such a criminal way.

And did George really say "frikken" when he yelled at Casey? That alone makes the story not believable. ;) I mean, it's not like Baez would have a problem saying ****ing if he can say *****. (My husband seemed offended that they bleeped out ***** on a later news report. It's a pride thing I guess. :lmao:)

I missed about the heart sticker also. Is there a place that has the "cliff notes" on the trial?

Wait ... what? Cindy would get mad at an accidental drowning? I think Cindy would be less mad over an accidental drowning than having to be dragged through this mess!!!! Seriously ... what is wrong with these people that they think this will fly?
