For some reason, this recalls memories of Lindsay Lohan and her trials ... the f-word on her fingernail and didn't she make a similar motion with a tissue as well? Maybe Casey has been studying celebs and how to get away with saying "F you" without the words coming out of her mouth?
It seemed like she kept that finger there an awfully long time ....
Entertain me for a few seconds here -
Giving Casey the benefit of doubt and believing that Caylee's passing was indeed an accidental drowning, she was apparently okay with tossing Caylee in the woods like garbage.
So, suck it up Buttercup!!

I could believe that it was accidental. I could even believe she panicked. I don't believe George sexually abused her but I can suspend belief enough to pretend like it happened. What I can't buy is that she casually tossed her baby into the woods and went on with life. She wasn't just going through the motions. She was partying like it was 1999! She didn't shed a tear once. You can only ask the jury to suspend belief on so many things.
Every summer, there are accidental drownings in my area. Whether it's in a family pool, a public pool, or at the beach, it happens. We hear about it on the news.
So ... if this child accidentally drowned, why do you have to panic and hide the body? I'd think that, living in FL, you'd hear of a lot more accidental drownings happening since swimming is a year-round sport. So, why the need to panic and hide a body if it was accidental? Don't you call 911 all crying and screaming and upset that your child has drowned and you can't revive them? Isn't that the normal reaction as opposed to the "how do I hide this body and not have anyone find out ever"? I mean, it's not like the child was a secret ... friends and family knew she had Caylee ... so why even do this? Obviously, because it wasn't an accidental drowning. They need to get off of that theory because it will never fly.

She did it on purpose.
Right. I hope my kids never think I'm going to get so pissed off that they have to hide an ACCIDENT in such a criminal way.We are supposed to believe it's because Cindy would get mad.![]()
You can try searching the thread.I missed about the heart sticker also. Is there a place that has the "cliff notes" on the trial?
