To me, he just sounds pissed all the way around. Mad at Casey, mad at having to be there, mad his girlfriend and his parents are going through this and just wanting this all to be over.

He hasn't lied yet, though his memory seems to be clouded. Lets see how he is with Baez. Problem he and his parents have is that Casey spun all these stories that they believed. They then spoke to police about it and testified to it in depositions ,thinking they were being helpful in trying to find Caylee. Now, they realize it was all lies. The are married to their previous testimony and they must tell the truth, thereby , further helping to convict Casey and it must be troubling for them.

I wonder when the last time was that Lee saw what he testified to before. Was it back in 2008/2009? Because I wonder if Lee is hesitant to say something because he's afraid he hasn't said it before. KWIM? Like if he left something out back then, and now he doesn't remember if he did or he didn't, so he's hesitant to testify to specifics.

That's what I'm thinking too. This is the biggest event in his life, I would think he'd remember everything. I can't believe he's trying to help Casey since she threw him and his dad under the bus with those sexual allegations.

it must be very difficult to have to testify against family members. I don't think he would want to be held in contempt of court.

It won't because they can't bring up her previous felonies. There is always a chance that Bozo will slip up again, though I hope not because then it will be grounds for a mistrial.

They've already showed her shopping in the weeks after Caylee went missing. They can't bring up the stolen money...not part of this case.

I can't believe how emotionaly invested I have become in this trial. If there is a mistrial I will scream.

Now I'm thinking the defense is going to go through the whole trial and roll the dice on on getting convicted.

If She's Found not guilty, Good for the defense.

If She's found Guilty, The defense appeals based on the lack of miranda warnings and Introduction of untested forensic tools. Then they go back to trial knowing how the Prosecution is going to present the evidence.

Bozo could be smart enough to think Strategicly and get all the info associated with the conviction, then work like mad to discredit it using their own experts.

Maybe, but Judge Perry ruled on both of those things in pre-trial hearings and his decisions are RARELY overturned. In fact, he has never had a death penalty case reversed. He has an exemplary record for his decisions NOT being reversed on appeal.

I can't help it but ever since you posted this MaryAnn I think bring in the clowns when Bozo gets up to speak.

If she's the kind of sociopath, psychopath, or whatever that can kill her own little daughter, then I can see why she shows no emotion. If she's found guilty of 1st degree murder, then we'll see lots of emotion out of her, that's for sure.

What does Roy Kronk moving the body (if that happened) have anything to do with Casey's case? Caylee was already dead. Are they going to say George got this guy to move the body?? And for what reason? If they're claiming that Roy Kronk moved the body to somehow get the reward money, why not just find the body the first time and get the reward money? Where ARE they going with all that? Of course, this isn't going to come out until Roy Kronk testifies...that's something I don't want to miss!

My friend told me this morning that there was speculation that Casey might be medicated. Wondering by people as to why she is so blank.

Remind me why RK had to keep calling about the body discovery?

and I think it just confirmed for me that Caylee died that night.

I read through the entire 31 days timeline last night, and I couldn't sleep at all.

Judge warning spectators that there will be picture coming up that some might find difficult to handle. He is asking anyone who will not be able to handle their emotions and facial expressions to leave the courtroom.


As per Casey being medicated. I thought that at one point too but I was told or I read that she is probably not medicated. She needs to be clear or it can be used as an appeal issue, if she were medicated and wasn't "alert" to her proceedings. Not sure if that's true or not, but I didn hear that somewhere.
