Oh how sweet, look at Casey help organize and clean up the defense table. Why is it that the prosecution is cleaned up and out the door and the defense table always looks like a tornado hit it? hmmmm

they need to get a divining rod.:rotfl2:

Why did they recall the subpoena? what is there to hid in the data base?
that just seems fishy to me,

I learned a lot from Dr. Vass. Unfortunately all I learned from Beaz is it's possible that a stoned chicken or a bag of potatoes was chloroformed.

Until tomorrow...

Why do you think it's hiding something? The state said it was in violation of law and he read off the number. The Judge was reading and then the defense withdrew it.

well my natural thought is if you have nothing to hid you wouldn't care who prodded into what -- if there is a reason you wouldn't want someone to see something or possibly figure it out then you fight to hide it..
I wasn't watching and didn't know the proscution citied a case law to stop it.. science has a ton of mistakes all the time and I am sure they don't want to the let the defense locate any loop holes that could get her off... but at this rate there is soooo much reasonable doubt going on it a cluster **** anyway.

Dr. Vass testifies that in his opinion the only explanation for his findings is that there was a dead body in the trunk. Also, abnormally high levels of chloroform detected in trunk.

The entertainment provided by JB's efforts to discredit the witness.

the judge never even said a word.

I did hear earlier when JB asked about the database, and Voss said it wasn't his to provide, it belonged to the research organization.

Just out of curiosity, what is the 'reasonable doubt' you mention?

Baez earlier tried to use notes with Vass, the judge asked him if he was trying to get the witness impeached. Baez is trying anything because he is drowning.

I really don't see any concrete evidence that SHE killed her -- yes I will agree to a dead body in the trunk poss from dna being caylee, casey, cindy or shirley ok ...but its early in the case I know - but still the state has not proved that she killed her (yet) nor has anything been really proven other than she is a liar.. doesn't mean she is a murderer... again YET....
STates job is to prove without reasonable doubt she killed her child...to date I don't see that has been proven... and it will only take 1 juror to see it that way for her to not be found guilty..

I feel like I'm being left out of the tweeting party! I'm old.

Baez walks off like he's taking his toys and going home.

I'm old, too :thumbsup2 I just read it online - here's @belvinperry

I really enjoyed Dr. Vass, but can you imagine meeting him at a dinner party and asking him what his occupation is?:rotfl2:

I think Casey needs to be charged with chicken and potato neglect.

So Jean Valez Mitchell says that Baez left out so much of the "what happened after George found Caylee in the pool" information to see what the prosecution's case would be, and leave it open to suggest that George put the body in the trunk of the car.

In your opinion...

As to my opinion and such: Dr. Vass testified today that he believed the database was turned over. He didn't know that it was not. He stated the database isn't just his. He's doing this research for someone else, so essentially this information belongs to them. There's proper channels to get the database if allowed by the court. (bolded is assumption by me not Dr. Vass)
Still not convinced they are hiding anything. He's pretty much told the defense of his findings and his methods. You can agree or disagree with them. Science isn't simple like Baez tried to make it out to be.

Are there doubts in the case? depends who you ask. I don't think there are any doubts in my mind, but I'm not on the jury and probably for very good reason. ;)

Think of the first person (man) to be convicted of murder by means of "junk" science called DNA. This was a great day!

Thank you! :lmao:

Hopefully, he'd talk so long that he'd never get to asking me what MY occupation is: "Nothin'. :confused3  "

About Baez laying into Vass about wanting to make money on his invention...I swear, I think Vass would PAY someone to let him do research if he had to. Like my family used to joke that I'd pay people to let me plan their Disney vacations. :)
