You're giving him way to much credit..."again" indicates that he may have taken it at some point, from what I can see he was more the "rocks for jocks" kind of guy

I'm surprised Vass is not laughing his booty off having Baez "quiz" him on elements. I mean, really? He, himself probably doesn't have a clue.

And Casey still likes this guy representing her? She's a quack herself, but really if I was accused of something and my lawyer stood up there and looked like an idiot I would be horrified.
