Would the chlorine level in an above-ground pool even be the same as in an in-ground pool? And I don't have a pool, but I have seen chlorine tablets for pools...tablets wouldn't spill in the trunk.

We would get unwrapped tablets in a bucket--and when you popped that lid, that chlorine would knock you back. Very telling smell.

However, I think they tested the air and found chloroform. As far as I know, it has no odor, does it? If chlorine (solid or liquid) had been kept in the truck and had no chance to evaporate, they would have noted the smell. That is unless the other odor over powered it.

In any case-- I just wanted to comment that an exposed tablet--does release into the air.


Thanks for the updates. I read them throughout the weekend and will continue to do so. I await the day that justice is served.

Is Baez really trying to discredit this witness? He is the best, most knowledgeable yet, in my opinion.

His job is to discredit all witnesses.

Too bad he doesn't do it all that well.

i would like to make a guess here that pretty much all the experts in this case are WAY to busy doing what they do to sit on facebook, twitter, wikipidea

NOT saying all of us aren't busy but i think these experts don't have THAT much time on their hands with all their work, courses, seminars, testifying, and making fun of Bias

Bolded!! Exactly! The witness' always sound more intelligent than Baez.. He overdoes it with witness' that are well liked and comes off looking like a bully and fool.

Dr Vass is even fun to watch when he's NOT testifying!

Vass is so geeky, and so into what he does, I just don't think that he's in anything for the money. I remember when my cousin decided to go into medical research, how PO'd his father was, because all that money for medical school, and he wasn't going to make a lot of money doing research.

Baez...just about one on one with the judge in a sidebar, and you didn't get what he told you? Jerk.
