Because he's like Reese Witherspoon in "Legally Blonde"..."so you were IN the shower when your father was murdered?" "so when your father was murdered, you were IN the shower?"Why does Baez ask the same questions over and over. Make your point and continue sir!
VERY interesting. Thanks! Please don't go on vacation. Thanks!
If anyone is interested. These two blog articles give a pretty interesting analysis of the computer searches and evidence found...

Ew. That's distubing. Do they know what killed him..natural death, murder? Wonder how long he was dead that the odor had gotten that bad, yet no one was looking for him?
Yikes!Sorry to hear about your neighbor. So now that you're officially in the "decomposing body" club, is what they say true? Is it really like nothing else you've ever smelled before? Even working in the medical field, I don't think I've ever smelled a decomposing human body, but I can imagine it's unlike anything else.
I'm not sure what to say about that. I know it would make me feel very uneasy.
Did anyone know the FBI also looked for chloroform and found it? I thought the whole reason to keep Vass off the stand was so that the jury didn't hear about chloroform? Did they also try to keep the FBI Chemist off?
It seems as though he died of natural causes. He was retired and sort of a loner that never really left the house. They think he may have a sister in FL that they are trying to locate. It's very sad and disturbing. I had a hard time sleeping there last night. I now have to vacate for 3 days as there is a professional company coming in to pretty much gut the whole place to decontaminate it.
So I would have to say yes, it is certainly a smell that I had never smelled before and that I will never forget. Thanks for letting me vent here last night. I really feel bad about not calling the landlord. I know there was nothing that could be done to save him but I feel awful that he was there just waiting for someone to find him.
My boss called me not long after I found out yesterday and I was still freaked out. He let me tell him the story and then jokingly told me not to talk about it again. Then a few hours later he called me and said he's been following the Casey Anthony trial and had to ask me a few questions.![]()
I'm sure the defense wants to keep everyone off the stand. Love the shots of Baez listening to testimony and looking PO'd.Did anyone know the FBI also looked for chloroform and found it? I thought the whole reason to keep Vass off the stand was so that the jury didn't hear about chloroform? Did they also try to keep the FBI Chemist off?
I hope Baez doesnt question him over and over about his position and what kind of money he stands to make off of it.
Oh my, this is a prosecution witness and the prosecution is killing him... No experience with doing this particular task, no reference in amount of chloroform... And the container was not air tight...

I think I see where he is trying to go with this, though. Container was not air tight and yet still there was chloroform present, etc.
