She just gave her dad some more credit by saying he's always been quiet, reserved and very choice with his words. That explains the questions about why we couldn't hear him on the 911 tape, etc.

Gerald Rivera said this morning on Fox that he thinks Casey will get off on the murder charge because she was not read her miranda rights.

He thinks if she is convicted of the murder charge, that it will be appealed, and go back to court as aggrevated manslaughter, and she will go to prisson for anywhere between 5-15 years, but by that point in time she will have served 7 years or so, and at that point she could easily walk away.

She has completely exonerated George with these videos. Baez needs to stop objecting. Keeps making it look like these videos are damaging (which they are) and makes the jurors more curious.

Agreed. She wasn't read them then because she wasn't arrested at that time.

If he's talking about the interview at Universal, I think it would be a moot point as she didn't supply any incriminating information. Of course, Geraldo has just SO much credibility.
