The detectives gave her chance after chance, reason after reason, they say it may have been an accident several times, even mention drowning and for her to come forward yet she didn't. I think this is the final nail in her coffin, the jailhouse interviews and recorded calls etc are just gravy at this point.

They gave her plenty of outs. It's amazing.

I give those cops a lot of credit for not reaching across that table and smacking her.

This is still when they were referring to the last day everyone saw Caylee as June 9th, I have always been curious who and when they figured out that it was actually the day after Father's Day June 16th.

I realize the defense has a tough job . I realize that they have to do what Casey tells them to do. So, sometimes I do feel for them (call me silly). Times like now, how do you get a jury to believe that this girl, who lies and lies and lies, nd lies WELL, has decided to FINALLY tell the truth. Everything else was a lie, but this story of hers of the drowning and her father.. NOW she is telling the truth. It really is an uphill battle of massive proportions.

cindy said she say her on the 16th so why is casey stuck on the 9th?

They have explained that they knew it was Fathers Day but without looking at a calendar, they mistakenly picked Jun 9.

I am not a regular on this post but I can get the details and I am not putting on the programs that cover the trial as my niece is watching her morning Dora the Explorer.....sad thing is she is the same age as this little princess Caylee...and I wonder how anyone could do anything to hurt any child....

I think that Cindy originally said the 9th on the call to 911. Casey never corrected her and never figured out the exact date herself as to when she killed.. uh I mean... the babysitter kidnapped poor Caylee. But we're supposed to believe all the facts that she's spitting out about what has gone on

When do you just leave your daughter at the bottom of the stairs. She is really believeing her own lies. She cant reanswer questions because she knows its all a lie. Are they describing the look on the jurors faces?

well if she saw caylee at some point in the last 4 weeks why didn't she go grab her away from whoever had her????
