Lee stated George was not home when he arrived and eventually the police seperated all of them.
The officer claimed there were 3 people present....George, Cindy & Casey.
Where did Lee go?

I thought the same thing. I thought maybe he went outside? That is all I can figure.

I agree, it is doubtful that Casey was drugging her for any great length of time. People believe that she was drugging her and putting her in a trunk, while she went and partied and Casey somehow managed to get the dosing just right for the amount of time it would take her to go out, party, meet her new lover, get her groove on, get dressed and get back to Caylee all before she woke up. I don't buy it. Caylee would have some sort of cognitive memory of this plus where would she go to put her in the trunk and take her out without witnesses.

I don't think that she necessarily drugged her regularly (because Cindy had her a lot during that time), but I do think it had been going on for quite awhile. She had talked about the nanny named Zanni for quite awhile before Caylee went missing. That's a big coincidence.

I think Atty. George isn't so great, whoever prepped Lee didn't do a great job, either that or he really doesn't want to remember what happened... His comment about what Casey said as to why she wouldn't bring Casey "Maybe because I'm just a spiteful XXXXX"... that sounds about right...

To the poster who asked about Tony's testimony that Casey said Lee tried to feel her up.... that was not in front of the jury. It was part of the prophering? or some other p word.

OK, not getting a "the whole truth" vibe from Lee. Not sure what he's covering up, but something was up. No way someone does not review their previous depositions to make sure they remember things. Especially when said deposition is all over the web! And I think Frank George was surprised as well.

It did seem somewhat like pulling teeth, but OTOH he did acknowledge that the car had a horrible smell and that Casey made the statement about being a spiteful ......

Yes I think ultimately he was a slight, very slight, positive for the prosecution overall, considering all that he said/didn't say.
