Prosecution wants the check fraud conviction in, Baez out....Baez is complaining it prejudices them toward her character & is also heresay. But he wants it to be okay for him to ask for heresay testimony all day long And I can't even count how many times he has asked people what kind of mother she was (character)

The link is not working, but on your I phone are you seeing by video live? I asked apple and they said it would not stream. It requires a 9.0 or greater flash. I ask as I will be on vacation in june and I want to be able to keep up or I will not be able to listen at all.

Iphone's don't play flash.... BUT if you use the Skyfire browser....it will. That's why you have to use that browser.

I am glad that the jury will hear her 6 felony convictions just because Bozo himself messed up. He really is just as much a piece of work as Casey is.

He didn't want Amy (cantspellherlastname) to testify because her file wasn't "ready". Whatever. She's giving her testimony here shortly.

ETA: I wonder if Bozo will have any other clients after Casey?

I think she already went to trial and was convicted of them. It is was for stealing checks and money I believe.

The thing about check fraud is that during the deposition in that case, Casey said some things, unrelated to the crime of check fraud itself, in response to Baez's questions, that the prosecution wants let in as evidence. The defense doesn't want it let in because then they have to say that she's been convicted of these crimes, even tho the judge would say to the jury not to consider that fact (the check fraud crimes) because those crimes are unrelated to this case. I think!

Amy was one of her best friends...and they met January '08??? Are there ANY old friends that Casey was close to during this time? This definitely sounds like she had this whole slew of new friends, for maybe the first time, and now Caylee just didn't fit into her life.
