Oh my MIL worries about my kids like crazy. Our DD has had some health crisis and she and I have spent many sleepless nights crying with worry..... We hope we're over the worst of it, but she worries as much as DH & I do.... She has a bond with my kids like you wouldn't believe and I always appreciated that. How could a mother be jealous? I look at Casey, she was jealous of her mother's bond with the child? As a mother I would relish that my child has yet one more person to truly trust and rely on....

I hope your DD is OK. We've had some health issues with our kids (not that MY MIL really cared, but my mom certainly did)...it's difficult. My mother wasn't the best mom, but she was a wonderful grandmother to my kids. And I absolutely treasured their relationships. I never had a grandmother, and I was thrilled my kids had her in their lives.

And OMG, what does what Cindy thought about her daughter gaining weight and being sedentary in 2005, have to do with how Casey looks NOW after being sedentary for 3 years in jail? Cindy didn't HAVE that comparison back then! Ugh...I despise that man!

Back to the case, Baez is a complete loser... Did you know she was pregnant, does Casey look like she has a protruding belly now that she's sedentary.... what kind of questioning is this?

What does it matter that in early June 2005 that Cindy didn't KNOW (for a fact) that she was pregnant? She found out later in that month for a fact.

A high school friend of mine was 7 months pregnant and able to hide it from her nurse mother. And believe me she was showing too.

A friend and I are talking about what Baez is doing.

He's trying to get Cindy to look like a mother in denial. Denial that her daughter wasn't "pregnant" but "fat". Because if she is in denial about her daughter's pregnancy, then she would be in denial about her husband and son molesting her daughter.

Baez is pissing me off more and more.

I did notice that she was wearing a much more body revealing shirt when she walked into the courtroom today. Now I understand why.
