From what I gather it is a photo of Cindy and Casey at a wedding where Casey must clearly look pregnant. George maintains that he did not *know* that Casey was pregnant at that time, and that he did not attend the wedding. He keeps saying he had a suspicion, but he didn't *know.* Makes sense to me, you are suspicious but until someone says, I am pregnant, you don't *know.*

Probably to trip him up to show that he might be lying and thus poke holes in the jury's ability to believe other "truths" or "lies" he might be tellling.

Sorry--Baez is NOT Johny Cochran.

At a minimum, Casey is getting manslaughter.

Also, someone should make him aware that ANY history of past abuse is NOT an accepted defense for murder. So that is not reasonable doubt by itself. Doesn't matter how many times she alleges her father made her do something or did something to her. It is NOT a defense at all.

Baez is only trying to explain why Casey lied...because she was abused and thus began her lying history.
