The Defense keeps losing out arguments. Lee is allowed in and their request for George Anthony's Grand Jury testimony has been refused. Judge Perry says he finds no inconsistencies so there is no need to release it to the defense.

What? Did they think he had some massive confession in the Grand jury? Weren't they there?

Lisa loves Pooh - I feel like you, I sort of feel guilty sitting here all day watching this stuff. I need to get things done in the house, but I rationalize and tell myself this is temporary. When they start bringing in all the experts I won't watch. I mostly want to see the testimony of the family and friends. After that, I will deal with recaps. We will keep you informed!

I do not know if this has been asked or discussed, but the area in the back yard when Casey borrowed the shovel to dig up a bamboo shoot or something, did they ever see where she did the digging? And if so is this the area where the cadaver dog hit on?

I carry my laptop around with me. I have to tear down wallpaper in the bathroom today. So far, it's working for me. Not sure I can pull this off for 2 months tho. My BFF wanted to get together today for breakfast. I think we're doing dinner.

Cindy referred to Jeff as Casey's boyfriend around 4th of July? I thought it was Tony. And Casey was pursuing (lie) a relationship with a wealthy man?? Was that supposedly Jeff?

I made a pot of coffee this morning forget the k-cups.

MaryAnn, the Jeff story is all over the place.

If Jeff was such a good friend of CA and "Zanny" was Jeff's babysitter it leaves me dumb founded that the name "Zanny" was never discussed when Jeff visited the family home.
Was Jeff called and asked for "Zanny's" phone number when Caylee went missing?
As Grandparents wouldn't you say so what is Zanny like? How did you meet her? etc. etc.

Cindy up to the part of picking up the car. Caylee's doll was in the car, her favorite doll. Which leads to wonder why was the doll in the car? If the defense story is true, wouldn't the doll have been at home with Caylee since that is where she died? Her backpack was in the car as well... Doesn't make sense that her favorite things were in the car when she was at home supposedly...

Anyway, she says she took everything out of the car, sprayed the car down. Also confirms that she said it smelled like something died. She says the smell was like no other but she didn't think it was anything since George had told her there was nothing in the trunk.

Confirms that as a nurse, she has been exposed to rotting flesh either through school or through her job. But she used the "smells like something died" as an expression and really didn't connect the dots.

I feel so bad for cindy right now....this must be so very difficult for her...
did you notice she said "did not think it was a dead body at that time very specific she so wanted to Believe her daughter and could not fathom caylee was murdered/died etc...

Jeff barely knows Casey. He doesn't have a son named Zachary. He was interviewed by police as well as his parents.

So Jeff had been to the house?? But what about Tony? I thought Tony was her boyfriend? I know she was "friendly" but did she have more than one "official" boyfriend going at the same time?

It's heartbreaking to hear Cindy talk about finding Caylee's doll in the carseat (and do you think that was a freaky thing Casey did on purpose, or just coincidence?) and Caylee's backpack. And hearing her talk about the whole smell in the car makes more sense now, having her spell out everything as it happened.

Ugh. My laptop is SO slow. Don't know what's up, but I'm giving up for a while.

i find it strange that cindy is a nurse, admitted that she has been around dead bodys before and knows what the "smell of death" smells like yet she didn't put 2 adn 2 together sooner
