Can anybody explain the timeline with Casey's car? I've tried reading several timelines. I can't figure out when the "smell" was there and when exactly it was ditched/ refound within the 31 days.

Any theories on when exactly she put the body in it's final resting place? I'm just confused.

My understanding is that the forensic tests by the prosecution showed the body was in the car for two or three days. An attempt was made to clean up some of the decomp fluids with paper towels that were left in the garbage bag in the trunk.

I am thinking she placed her in the woods on the same day that the neighbor saw her car backed up to the garage door for the third time, I am not sure what date that was, but I think that was when she went back for more garbage bags.


After reading the detailed timeline, the date for when I think she dumped her in the woods was June 20th.

I am trying to follow the case on TV and through this thread, but there's so much info, I'm getting lost quickly.

Can anyone explain what the defense claims was done with Caylee after George supposedly got her out of the pool? Or do they claim that's George's "secret" that we'll never know? I know Baez implied that Kronk had/moved the body, but what is he claiming happened between her death and then?

OK I just saw something. On the pool photos, there is a box on the side of the pool, to the left. Like where you would store outdoor things. Anyway, it would have been super easy for Caylee to climb on that and into the pool herself. That isn't what the defense said though. They said she used the ladder, which looks impossible from the pictures.

Well by saying that she went up the ladder makes it certain that Cindy shares in the blame also as far as the jury should be concerned.

If memory serves, there was a point where George was not working. He started seeing a woman he met after Caylee disappeared. She was giving him money so that Cindy would think he was working.

I'm not impressed with George. It seems the apple doesn't fall that far from the tree.

WKMG-Channel 6’s Tony Pipitone last night supplied some unflattering details, including their multiple arrests, in a first-rate report. The two women, who have numerous aliases, also have prior records for theft and attempted burglary of a structure, Pipitone reported.

Skye Benhaida, who is Cecilia Holloway, has said that her sister, Crystal Holloway (also known as River Cruz), had an affair with George Anthony. Crystal has said she had an affair with Anthony, the father of Casey Anthony. Casey is charged with first-degree murder in the death of her daughter, Caylee.

Cecilia, however, doesn’t always back up Crystal’s version of events, Pipitone explained in a well-written report.

Cecilia wrote that sister Crystal is a liar in a 2009 letter to a judge, Pipitone reported. Cecilia’s allegation: Crystal lied that Cecilia’s husband had beaten up Cecilia.

Even so, Cecilia has told WFTV-Channel 9 and HLN’s Nancy Grace that Crystal had the Anthony affair. The affair allegation is also in the latest National Enquirer, which wouldn’t tell Pipitone if it paid for the sisters’ story.

How credible is their story?

Pipitone noted that Cecilia was in jail from August 2008 to January 2009 – ”the time the affair was supposed to be blossoming,” Pipitone said.

Brad Conway, George’s attorney, said that Pipitone’s findings show the sisters “are questionable people.” Conway has denied the affair and that George said Caylee’s death was an accident.

But that’s not all.

The sisters were linked to the theft of more than $1,000 in jewelry in 2008, Pipitone reported. At a pawn shop, the thief “showed Crystal Holloway’s driver’s license but left behind Cecilia Holloway’s thumb print, so Cecilia is the one who when to jail for five months,” Pipitone said, a memorable line.

Cecilia was booked in jail the same day Casey was coming out, Pipitone added.

The women didn’t respond to WKMG’s repeated requests for comment, Pipitone said.

No info yet. The defense didn't give details in opening statements and haven't presented their case yet.

A child, almost 3, could definitely climb on something and fall or climb into the pool. This happened to my neighbor. The child climbed into a chair, so he could reach a life jacket, fell into the pool and drowned. The mother and children were napping, and the 2 year old, opened the sliding glass door... It was horrible!

It is possible, someone else used the pool and forgot to remove the ladder? This is where the cadaver dogs hit, so always thought, she may have drowned.

Do you know how many times I had to read that to make ANY sense out of it? And even then...

Can this case get any freakier? I suspect the answer, at this point, would be a resounding "yes!"

Cindy is up first in the AM picking up where she left off which is the BS stories that Casey fed her while she was starting to worry about Caylee, is that correct? So how long do we think she will be on the stand since the prosecution has a lot left to cover with her and then Bozo starts his "cross examination". I am guessing she will be on the stand for the large portion of the day with the judge dismissing the jury at 4:15... any other takers out there that want to venture a guess?

There is a lot to go over. The 911 calls will certainly come in today. Going to be interesting to see how Baez handles the cross examination. Don't think he will be anywhere near as combative with Cindy as he was with George.

Yep but since here in Florida we have depostions, he really can't go against it. Besides, he can always go home and watch the days proceedings, right? I think the Judge will let him in.
