ICA gave Forensic psychologist Harry Krop permission to speak on Dr. Drew spent 20hrs w/ KC. No axis 1 or 2. Axis 1 is the main diagnosis for a mental disorder like depression, anxiety or bipolar. Axis 2 is for a chronic behavioral diagnosis like her lying etc. Reason ICA gave permission was because he cleared her of any mental disorders, and she wants everyone to hear what he thinks...

No borderline sociopathic traits which Dr. Drew cant agree with said "thats impossible". HK said she's intelligent, he did not see the ICA that is shown on TV and on videos. He saw her after she's been in jail for 3 years and, she has an hard time understanding how she could have been so immature and engaged in the behavior that everyone else has seen.

oh yeah, he was hired by the defense! I forgot about the caliber of the of the DT hirees! He was supposed to testify on her behalf had she gotten the death penalty she deserved.

Oh yeah, according to the foreman:

FOREMAN: There was a suspicion of him. That as -- that was a part of our conversation that we had of the -- well, what I'd call the round robin topics that we had when we were doing deliberation. That was brought up.

VAN SUSTEREN: Suspicious that he was involved in covering up the death, suspicious involved with the -- an accidental death, or suspicious he was a murder?
FOREMAN: All three.
VAN SUSTEREN: Really, that he was a murderer?
FOREMAN: All three. We don't know. We don't know. The suspicions were raised.
VAN SUSTEREN: In the deliberation room?
FOREMAN: We talked about it in deliberation. Yes, I can go a little more in depth into what we did in the deliberation room since I was the one who had to orchestrate the whole situation. (As I mentioned earlier, Mr. Know-it-All)

As much as I can't stand Joy Behar, she is one of the few journalists who are asking the tough questions of her guests concerning the trial. Tonight she has Dorothy Clay Sims on, and she must have gone to the same law school as JB, because this woman is not the sharpest tool in the shed.

Joy questioned her about the defense team celebration, and after dancing around the obvious, DCS said that they did toast "to the Constitution". In fact, Marcia Clark is on now, and she and Joy are having a good laugh at that one! I wish Joy would have asked her if she was jumping up and down over the Constitution.

Then Joy asked DCS if she would let CA babysit her children (go Joy can't believe I just typed that). First DCS said that her children were older. Joy persisted, asking her to assume they were younger, and DCS hemmed and hawed for an eternity and never really did give an answer.

It really is an interview worth watching if anyone wants to catch the repeat. I just cannot believe that this ignorant defense team won this case.

Joy Behar just asked Dorothy Clay Sims - who just finished saying that she and the defense team felt that Casey was innocent - if she would allow Casey to watch her children? ... DCS responded, with hesitation, "that her kids are older" ... JB than asked, "what if they were younger?" ... DCS, trying to obviously evade the question and once again with hesitation said "that she had gotten to know Casey and trusts her" ... then JB asked, "what about your grandchildren" ... again DCS hesitated and repeated that she "had gotten to know Casey and trusts her" ... however, she never said that she would allow Casey to actually watch her kids/grandchildren ...

JB also quizzed DCS on the defense's celebration after the verdict and DCS said they were "toasting the constitution" ... neither JB or Marcia Clark believed that one either ...

Kudos to Jay Behar for having the guts to ask some really good questions ... I think DCS didn't know what hit her ... oh and BTW, DCS must have gotten another makeover since the one from other day ... her hair seems to be changing quite a bit ...

Gosh, Dr. Drew interviews Kato Kaelin on this case. I find that something of a stretch. What a blast from the past and Kato still looking good.

Sometimes I think the THs are just going overboard. But, then, I think the country is gobsmacked, agog, incredulous and generally traumatized by this case. Even the TV people personally. We all need some outlet to express in some way. I too am glad people are willing to continue the thread.

Yuri was so impressive at the news conference the other day. If anyone goes to Hollywood, it should be him. He would need no coaching to play a detective on TV!

JMO right now I am still wondering about Mark H. I think he should get a paternity test just to be sure.

In his deposition he said:

On July 17, 2008, I received a phone call from Mr. Mark Hawkins; he advised he knows Mrs. Anthony. Mr. Hawkins is an active duty Marine stationed in 29 Palms, California. Mrs. Anthony and Mrs. Hawkins were communicating on almost a daily basis via telephone and internet. Approximately a week ago from July 17, 2008, Mrs. Anthony told Mr. Hawkins that she was planning a trip to California and she needed to tell him something. Mrs. Anthony said she told her mother and brother, and she did not know how he would react about what she had to tell him.

This is the same guy who Casey was cheating on Jesse with and who was dating "Tara" who was also Lee's girlfriend. (Tara was who Lee posted the rant on his own myspace as breaking his heart and aborting his (Lee's) child).

Could be Lee hated Mark for being with Tara, and if Casey came up pregnant with Mark's child I could imagine Cindy and Casey not wanting to tell him - sounds like he was in a deep depression.

According to Lee's blogs and other sources, apparently, Tara was pregnant by Lee and went back to Mark and told Mark the baby was his. She then got an abortion, never told Lee, divorced Mark, and is now in Michigan with yet another man, possibly her now husband. I have also read that Casey, before all of this, had an affair with Mark which resulted in Caylee.

Mark and KC never had sex. In the text messages that went back and forth he mentioned how surprised he was that she'd want to come see him...how he'd always liked her but she never gave him the time of day etc.

Anyone Sick of seeing Jenifer Ford? There is something about her that rubs me the wrong way. I am sure she got paid to put her face all over tv and now she is whining.

Oh I agree. Something about her is odd. Most of the jury is hiding, escaping, or just remaining anonymous, but Jennifer Ford seems to love the attention. She put her name and face on TV right away --didn't hesitate at all. She's everywhere.

Way back during jury selection, one of the In Session guests (a psychologist, I can't remember her name) said that this woman should not be chosen because she had signs of being a stealth juror. She was too eager to be on the jury and her answers were designed to please the attorneys. The psychologist picked up on it right away.

I wonder what the other jurors think about her? I wonder how influential she was in the jury room? I wonder how much money she has made so far?

Joy does not beat around the bush! Good for her. Innocent...pashaw. They don't believe she is innocent. They were pretty sure she was going down for her crimes also.

I don't know if Caylee's Law is "needed". How many people don't report? Well, not many. But those who don't might not be punishable on other counts...as we have seen!

I think the law is needed by the people who are so frustrated by this case. People feel the need to do something. ....To act for Caylee, to try to attempt to act for other children... we feel so helpless in this case that these types of laws and responses help people feel less helpless.

I agree. Like I said before I would like to see added to it that noone gets paid anything. Jurors, grandparents, parents, attornies, friends, possible witnesses...nobody period.

If they have a child who's missing of course get all the info out. But for tv stations to pay big bucks for photos is unnecessary. Same for children who have been murdered. Noone should be profiting off it.

I agree this is important. Murders should not be able to sell pictures of their victims in order to fund their defense!! There should be no monetary compensation for pictues, or interviews around these crimes. It is digusting.

Greta's changed over the years... 15 years ago she wouldn't have been throwing softballs, it's pretty sad.

Anyhow, I just wanted to say I think it is GREAT for George to get out there and try to do something to make a difference, if it is just for one child, it will be worth it. It is a sad day when we have to have laws regarding notification of a dead or missing child, but apparently we do.

I did notice that in George's proclamation that he would advocate for Caylee's bill, there is a glaring omission, that of his wife... where's Cindy? It's clear who's loyalties lie where.
