If everyone KNOWS that she was, why can't anyone give me the facts that these Jurors missed?

Who has said that they KNOW she is guilty? From what I've been reading, everyone has said they think or feel that she's guilty.

Based on what I saw and heard and read, I think she's guilty.

But did juror # 3 feel that the state proved Casey killed Caylee at all? Because the way you just said that makes it sound like Casey did not kill Caylee on purpose but was involved with her death. There was a lesser charge that could have included that scenario, correct me if I am wrong.

Juror #3 felt that Casey was definitely involved with Casey's death but she didn't know how. She didn't know if Caylee truly drowned accidentally, Casey killed her on purpose, or if George had a hand in it. So she didn't have a clue what happened but was positive George was involved!

The prosecution submitted something like 300+ pieces of evidence in this case and you want us to sum it up for you? Seriously? Casey was the last seen with Caylee.

Casey doesn't report her daughter missing. Grandma does after finding out 31 days.

While Caylee is missing, Casey parties, lies to her parents about where she is (a job she doesn't have) and where Caylee is (with an imaginary Nanny touring Orlando).

The only true thing she told the cops was Caylee's name and birthday. EVERYTHING else is a lie.

The car smells like human decomposition.

They find high amounts of chloroform in the trunk of her car.

They find 84 searches for chloroform on her computer, along with household weapons, how to make chloroform and neck breaking. Both parents are proven to be at work at the time of the searches.

They find a hair (with a deathband) that can only be matched to Casey or Caylee in the trunk of Casey's car. Casey is still alive.

They find the bones of Caylee wrapped in 2 garbage bags (that are connected to the garbage bags in the house) inside of a laundry bag (the twin was found in the house) with duct tape wrapped around her mouth.

For 3 years Casey sticks to the fake Nanny story until opening statements.

I missed A LOT. If you want more, you need to look for yourself.

Whats sad is that if Casey got rid of Caylee in the womb this would be no issue. No outrage for that? Late term where the baby can feel pain.

Casey chose not to terminate her pregnancy. She ALONE chose to carry to term. So there is no outrage for THIS specific occurance as Casey did not intend to not deliver her baby.

There is speculation on the adoption issue, but what you stated has nothing to do with that and serves inappropriately to shame others for something Casey did not seek to do in the first place. We don't even know what her opinion on the uterus is, do we?

If the jurors are looking at it as an accident, and baez said both him and casey went into the backyard and he found Caylee drowned and Casey standing with him. 1.) Caylee is dead 2.) Caylee is in the presence of the care giver her mother which had an obligation to call 911 to get help. So Caylee is dead and two she is with her mom the care giver. And mother never did anything to try to save her child. And then dump the body and then scene going into blockbuster with her boyfriend to start he 31 day so called beautiful life. Child neglect

This just enrages me.

Many are outraged that Case Anthony may go free at her sentencing today. Juror No. 2 is no different.

"I just swear to God ...," he said, his voice falling silent, overcome by tears. "I wish we had more evidence to put her away.

THERE WAS MORE THAN ENOUGH EVIDENCE TO PUT HER AWAY!!!!!!!!!!!!

Oh, good lord. Give me a break, Juror #2. There was far less evidence in the Scott Peterson case and they managed a conviction on circumstantial evidence.

This convinces me more and more that they wanted photos/video/DNA evidence, a complete smoking gun, to convict her in any way/shape/form and did not understand JBP's instructions.

Good article. I am on that page with the writer. Everyday I become more and more of an elitist. Maybe we need a jury test.

Still reeling from getting OJ'd again.

I'd like jurors who could read and write and understand a judges instruction and abide by it. If having paid jurists is what it takes I'm all for it...

As far as the article, just a few of the more humorous points

This is also my main point in regards to the Jurors.......The police could NOT determine the cause of death. So how can you convict someone AND give her the death penalty when you can't even prove in a court of law?

Just because you think she was a bad mother, most people that took the stand did not say that. Because she was 22 years old and went out and partied. That means she wants to kill her daughter? That is not enough evidence. That is what I am saying here.

It's funny because someone on another thread was talking about those boys on the Duke Lacrosse Team... EVERYONE thought they raped that girl, they were all guilty and whoops.....nope they weren't. I know that was a different case but everyone again before the trail even came to pass said they were all guilty and their lives were over.

You have to prove it beyond reasonable doubt. I think there were many questions that were not answered by either the defense or prosecution and that was why they came to that verdict in that way.

Casey wasn't arrested for murder until October. Until then, they went with Casey's story of Caylee being alive.

Have you seen/read anything about the Scott Peterson trial? I suggest that for some light reading. May shed a little more light on the Casey Anthony trial.

1) Fact - child was last seen in the care of her mother. Mother never reported missing or injured for 31 days. In fact, created elaborate stories to cover the child's absence. There was no one else that could have had the child in the time frame from when she was last seen to the time that Casey appears on the Blockbuster video without her.

2) Fact - evidence of decomposing body in trunk of car that was in Casey's possession only during the time in question.

3) Body found dumped in woods near home in bag that can be traced to Anthony home wearing a shirt that was not familiar to the Cindy Anthony - the person that took care of the laundry and made the majority of clothing purchases for Caylee. Shirt CAN be seen worn by Caylee in a photo taken of her at the former boyfriends house.

4) Remains were found with more than 1 piece of duct tape on the face. No child living or dead should have duct tape over their face.

5) Fact - Since July 15th, 2008 defendant Casey Anthony NEVER mentioned accident scenario until month preceding trial. 3 years in jail without saying a word.

That is just some of the evidence that was presented that one could REASONABLY infer that the child was murdered by the last person whose care she was under - her mother - Casey Anthony.

There was no blood evidence anywhere on him/near him/etc. No blood at all. The only DNA type evidence that they had was one lone hair from his wife's head in a pair of pliers in his boat.

It is irrelevant.

Casey didn't want her dead at 6 months in utero.

I don't usually discuss my stance, but I am very much pro-life. You are posting a red herring.

Casey didn't want her child dead while she was pregnant with her.

Until we force people to have abortions, the availability of them is not what failed Caylee since her mother chose not to have one.

It is outrageous to condemn others as though society forced Casey to get pregnant and carry to term.
