And just for laughs:

Went fishin and caught me an Anthony! Bring your Ohio-State-hat-wearin' self back to Orlando... We all know it was you sucka!
LOL I love all Belvin Perrys!

I wonder what Casey thinks of being "hated" and called "creepy" and "cold". Does this stuff bother her, or is she just so disconnected from all emotions in general? Or does she consider any attention "good"? :confused3

Can this be delayed by appeals?

Gosh, if Baez said something like "My client welcomes this opportunity to prove she is a responsible citizen and will therefore willingly serve probation" it would go a long way toward improving Casey's image.

Probation should be relatively easy for a normal, functioning adult. :rolleyes1

I've wondered this too. While I know she loved the spotlight before and even enjoyed the negative spotlight, I can't believe anyone would really like hearing that they were the most hated person. Maybe someone truly sick like Charles Manson would get off on it but Casey, while evil, isn't the same level of evilness (if that makes sense). Her life can't be picture perfect right now. I doubt she has any real friends, she has lost her family, she can't go clubbing whenever she wants anymore. Doesn't seem like the "Beautiful Life" she was hoping for.

I wonder where she will live when back in Orlando for the year. And if I am not mistaken, she will have to be employed according to the terms of probation. I believe I heard that on the news a few weeks ago. I bet she will be back at George and Cindy's. And they would probably let her work with their new organization.:scared1:

My first thought, too. :thumbsup2 Even if they put her up in a no-tell motel, betcha JB & CM aren't thrilled she'll be within driving distance of their homes. :lmao:

I was listening to Vinnie Politan a little while ago and someone on his show said that the tax lien on the $200,000.00 she initailly made is a violation of her probation. I so hope he is correct and she goes to jail for it.

Go Judge Perry! It's certainly not much, but I'm glad there is at least a tiny shred of justice. Casey will have to be somewhat accountable to someone, only for a year, but that certainly at least buts a bit of a crimp in her plans!

Hey there joviroxx! I'm at WDW now and had lunch with dznygirl yesterday! Your name came up...in a good way! :thumbsup2

Does she get upset that the attention isn't positive? I wonder. But creepy murderers in jail get groupies - I'm sure Casey will eventually have some "friends" to hang out with.

But Casey isn't creepy (not in the serial rapist kind of way).
Unlike a Charles Manson individual that is already creepy, attracting creepier people would be right up his alley. Casey was a middle class girl with caviar dreams so the creepy guys that would be attracted to her are likely a huge turnoff to her. She may eventually have to lower her standards but I am betting she is pretty turned off by the scum that would want to be with her at this time.

Ted Bundy was a good looking guy. And OJ hasn't exactly lived the life of a hermit. I understand your general theory though. That she will have to lower her standards if she wants anyone around at all.

Interesting:

It's unknown when Anthony will report to probation, but as part of the sentence, she:

•Must work a lawful occupation and support any dependents to the best of her ability.

•Must not consume alcoholic beverages to the extent her normal faculties are impaired.

• Allow her probation officer to visit her home, employment location or elsewhere.

•Will not change her residence or employment or leave the county of her residence without getting consent from her probation officer.

She has to have a job and can't get drunk! Anyone else see the irony? LOLOL!

Good point!

I'm over the moon JP ordered her back to Orlando.. didnt think that was going to happen.

Bad news is everyone knows she wont/cant find work. Technically she only has to show that she is actively seeking employment.

I'm betting there is some business out there that would love to give her a job scrubbing their toilets!

From what those around her said, she worked pretty hard at being popular. I remember Jesse Grund talking about how she would change herself to fit in with whatever group was around her. The fact that she's so hated takes away any of that opportunity. I doubt that she'll ever have the opportunity to live any normal life again.

But, then again, that woman from Canada who tortured and murdered those girls with her husband went on to marry someone else and have a child (which is a sickening feeling to me). Who knows? :confused3

At least she won't have any dependents to support. How lucky for her.

Both of those are pretty ironic, aren't they?

I wonder whether Baez and Cheney are wondering whether they're stuck with her (considering she hasn't been the moneymaker thus far that they expected)?

Unfortunately I just thought of a job that Casey could do and no one would know it's her. She could dress up as a character at WDW, how about Ursela from little mermaid?

Well guess who I met today? Actually I had already met her, I just had no idea it was her. We visited our friend on death row today, and we were talking about the Casey Anthony trial. He asked me what I thought and asked some details, since he had not followed the trial very closely. He told me that when the verdict came in, the entire floor was celebrating like their team just won the Super Bowl. Then he pointed to the woman sitting at the table across from us and said that is Rosalie Bolin, one of her lawyers! My jaw just dropped open! He started telling me how she left her husband and married the inmate when he had already been convicted and I told him I had heard the whole story. He said she comes every Saturday (death row inmates get visitation every Saturday and on certain government holidays). I know I have seen her several times and talked with her (all the ladies usually chat while waiting for the oh-so-fun pat-down before being admitted to the visitation park). In fact we had talked a little that morning before going in. After that I was surprised that our friend had been talking so openly about how Casey was guilty definitely within earshot of Rosalie and her husband. In the visitation park you know all the inmates are on death row, they have all committed murder, so that is awkward enough, but it was definitely more awkward knowing that this woman had left her husband and children to marry a death row inmate. Ugh. Even weirder than the inmate who has managed to conceive two children while on death row.
