Case of water delivered to resort?

I'm not sure which section to post this on, but I read a comment in another thread that some people have cases of bottled water delivered to their resort so they don't have to buy it in the parks.

How would I do this?

Are there any other items that you get delivered?

A lot of people utilize memberships at Costco or Staples and have water sent to themselves, care of their resorts, via free shipping.

You can also order water w/grocery order through:

These sites typically charge a delivery fee on top of the cost of the groceries, but this service can be very convenient if you have a fridge/kitchenette/villa. If you are not at the resort when the groceries are delivered, they can be stored in refrigerated cases by Bell Services.

Does anyone know if there's a minimum $ amount to get something delivered from gardengrocer? For example, must spend at least $20 to get delivery?

We had water shipped from Sam's Club to ASMo in early Feb. It was $7.99 + tax for the water with free shipping... Couldn't have been easier!

I think all the resorts have a Lake Buena Vista address (I know Pop Century and the Contemporary do... pretty confident on the rest). You need to find the actual hotel address and ship it to that location.

Also, adding your reservation number will make things much easier.

When you check in, there should be a note on your reservation indicating that you have a package waiting for you and they should give it to you when you check in.

We used Marge from wegoshop.com in November. She was awesome. I didn't have to worry about when things would be delivered, she went to the stores I asked for (Walmart & Wholefoods) and got exactly what was on our list. I didn't have to choose from a specific list of items.

List included; cereal, pb & J, bread, milk, case of water, fruit & a few other things.

She delivered right to our room. She worked with us to coordinate a convenient delivery time. A few months prior to our trip, she also delivered the fridge from our fridge swap.

I used Costco, under $7.00 for a case of water, called the hotel for the address and included my check in date on the shipping address... maybe I squeeze in my ressie # too, cant remember

was in my room waiting for us we arrived.

My understanding is it's only the conventions resorts that charge0 those are Contemporary, Coronado Springs, ??? Grand Floridian??? and maybe Carribean Beach. We had 2 packages shipped to ASMo last month and we weren't charged anything.

Also- they didn't have them waiting at the front desk for us, but when we arrived back in our room later that day, they were there. The All-Stars have a central mail facility at ASMu that they share---

I bought a Britta Pitcher and just refilled our water bottles daily. It was easy to pack and I didn't have to worry about delivering water.

Just my 2 cents!
