Hi - is it possible to get a case of bottled water delivered to my resort? I'm staying at the BWV.

Does WaterButlers deliver directly to the room or to the lobby?

Does WaterButlers deliver directly to the room or to the lobby?

They leave the order with the hotel’s Bell Services if you’re not there. If you’re there you can meet the driver at the lobby and the driver can bring the water to your room. If you’re out, you can recuperate your order from Bell Services for free or if you ask Bell Services to bring your order to your room the hotel will charge $6 to your room.
