Has anyone recently stayed at Casey Jones RV park near lake city? I found some older posts but was looking for something more recent.
Looking to do a 1 night stop over on our way to the fort in May.

not a good choice, reminded me of camping at the county fairgrounds, only with hookups, no disconnects on the electricals, plug in to live 50amp in the rain, no thanks never again, YMMV

Good to know, thanks. Any recommendations in that general area for an overnight? We are not really setup for boondocking.

I use app RV Parky to look at reviews and details on campgrounds. While I haven't stayed there, just a little north of Lake City is Futters 4 Oaks RV Park. Good reviews. In White Springs, FL. Several other campgrounds in that area did not have good reviews.

this place is pretty nice, stayed here a couple times, large campground, lots of critters in a "zoo" area away from sites
