Carter Flight for San Diego?

Well,thanks to the blizzard that traveled from San Diego to the East coast,OUR FLIGHT GOT CANCELLED. ):
Our band director is in peril trying to get a carter flight for tomorrow,but that means probably two rehearsals in one day.
The worst part is,she needs more money,so I think we shouldn't go at all.
The other plan is to give us a refund,that means I'd go to Disney instead .

But the question is,will be carter flight be safer or would it be better just to stay home and plan another trip in the spring,like Disneyworld or Disneyland?

I assume you mean charter flights?

It depends on who the carrier is. But many, if not most, of them are operated by the same carriers running commercial flights. Find out who the carrier is, then check their record. It should be just fine.
