Carseats on Limos?

Hello we are taking a stretch to the airport and was wondering if my children would need them? i'm so confused with all of this! i miss the infant carrier seat that went from car, to limo, to airplane seat

Do you let your children ride in you rown car without them? I am sure you don't, so a limo is no different, IMO. They have seat belts that can strap in car seats or booster seats. It may take a few extra moments, but it is safer.

We are headed to the airport this week via a large van and I am making my son sit in his booster.

Stretch limos won't necessarily have seat belts. When I got married (not in the Stone Age - only 8 years ago) the limos didn't have belts. I remember b/c my mother was upset that there was no way to buckle the ringbearer in! These were new cars, too.

Give the company a call and find out. If they don't have belts there is no way to install carseats.

I haven't been in a stretch in the past ten years that didn't ahve seat belts for the number of occupants it could legally carry.

OP--many limo companies will provide child seats for free if you request them in advance. Not sure how old your kids are, but if they are under two you might find it easier to use them on the plane. Many kids travel better when they are in familiar situations--like being in the car seat.
