Cars to premiere May 26 at Lowes Motor Speedway

The Pixar movie "Cars" is going to have its world premiere May 26 at Lowes Motor Speedway here in little Concord, NC. They are going for a crowd of 30,000. Tickets are $10 with all proceeds going to Speedway Children's Charitites and the Hole in the Wall Camps (I really like this part!). What do you think my chances of getting the seat beside Paul Newman are?

Has anyone gotten their tickets yet? I read yesterday that the premiere is SOLD OUT. My kids are really getting excited.

We'll be there! I got my tickets about a month ago, and have had them for about 3 wks. We are SOO excited. OKAY I'm excited. haven't told DD yet.. its a suprise. Whenever we see a commercial or something on Disney Channel she says it comes out June 9th, can we see it? "Maybe" is my answer WOOHOO I cannot wait

Dang! It's only 40 minutes from from house to LMS, and they're sold out. I would have LOVED to see it there.

My company I work for got the rights to partner with Disney and use Cars with our advertising. You should see the fun things I've got through my company with the Cars characters....t-shirts, mugs, fleece throws, coloring books, key chains, movie passes etc. I can't wait to see this movie.

I'm going. My mom bought tickets for the whole family as soon as she heard about it. It will be like a Disney warm up for me since I leave for WDW on the 31st. Woohoo!!!
