How far is the walk from the cars building at AOA to the main building

1 to 4 minutes depending on where exactly your room is.

We are staying at a cars suite and the end of the month and I read somewhere that requesting near transportation is a good way to get closer (though of course not a guarantee). We have never stayed there but maybe someone who knows better can confirm

We stayed this Jan and made our first request to be close to transportation. We got 1st floor, and was the section to the right of cozy cone (where Mater is ).

Less then 2 min walk. Bonus was the soda refill station at the pool bar that was really close and you avoid the packed crowds at the food court.

There are other sections farther away but honestly maybe add 2 or 3 mins? I could top floor in corner just taking longer to get down the steps or elevator then the real walk.

We loved cars over Nemo even. The furniture was better for us. The extra chair and the couch were much more comfortable to us.
