Does anyone know anything about the parking garage across from the commons where the ICP kids live? Are we allowed to park in there as long as we want or what?

That garage is for the outlet mall. Their security would manage and watch it, not Disney Housing.

That makes sense. Any idea if we can park there though? Or do they not like that?

There's plenty of parking at the apartments, I always saw empty spots. It's fine to park there if you're going to the mall, but there really isnt a reason to otherwise.
