Good idea. I am seeing in tomorrow in Washington DC with some D23 folks. I think Doc Hudson wasn't in because he was voiced by Paul Newman who has since passed away.

You are probably right. They do mention him. Enjoy the movie! Lily LOVED it!!! Her favorite part was when Mater drove backwards. She now insists on walking backwards for the rest of the day so she can be "the World's Best Backwards Walker." I love this kid!!!

We just got home from seeing Cars 2. I thought it was cute and did enjoy it. The Chicago Trib panned it but for a Mom with 2 kids we felt it was a good movie. DS has been playing secret agent since we walked out of the theater. They were very smart about the spy element in the movie. I think it appeals to boys who have grown a few years since the original was released.
My favorite "Easter Egg" is a sponsor sign in London for LasseTyre!
Sorry to be a party pooper, but my 3 kids and I all hated it. Even my son who's 11 said "Dad, I guess Disney needed some movie stuff to fill up their store."
Kung Fu Panda 2 was a million times better. Pixar's first flop. Hopefully they will learn their lesson and either stop Monsters Inc 2 in its tracks or make a much better effort at it.
Total money grab on the characters of Cars, and very disappointing.
