Carry-on questions

We leave on Saturday morning. Since we're landing at about 10 am and using ME, there's a chance we won't be able to check into our rooms before we head to the parks, much less have our checked luggage, so I need to have what we want for the parks in our carry-on bags. Are gel shoe inserts allowed in carry-on baggage or do they have to be checked? I don't mind taking them out of my shoes for the airport, but would like to have them for when we go to the parks. I thought I'd read that gel products aren't allowed in carry-on luggage but didn't know if that included the shoe inserts. I'd hate to have to throw them out at the airport because they're not allowed, but I want my feet to be happy on our first day. Dr. Scholl is my friend!

Gel inserts are not allowed in carry on or in your shoes, you would have to toss them sorry, maybe you could pick some up at MCO before you board ME?
