Carrot Cake Cookie at Hollywood Studios.
Much more of a cake texture than a cookie.

For sure the carrot cake "sandwhich" with cream cheese filling at the Hollywood Studios Starbucks is a must have. It's easily sharable for 3 people, and very yummy!

Key Lime tart used to be a favorite at Sunshine Seasons - but not sure they have it now with their limited menu.

Had the key lime pie in mason jar (Boathouse) two nights ago. Delish. But I’m not a key lime pie expert.

Carrot cake cookie from Starbucks at DHS for sure. Wolfgang Puck Cafe in DS has an amazing cake slice as well.

My wife makes an amazing carrot cake so I find most pale in comparison. The cookie is pretty good but I would use my snack credits on other treats.
