CSR - and request the Casistas section - beautiful!
We've stayed at both - and while CBR is beautiful as well - it is just TOO big - and I think CSR is more romantic! Also the food court AND the table service restaurant at CBR are horrible! Totally gross!

I have stayed at both as well. (CSR for a convention without DW). As mentioned, CBR is just too large. So large in fact that they have shuttles to get you around the resort! Ok, mainly to pick you up more conveniently to get the the parks, but it's big.
You're on a honeymoon and you want to enjoy each other. Unless you like a lot of walking together over the distances, hit the CSR.
(Congratualations BTW! )
We are going for the first time, and choose CSR. It looks so much more romantic! Just beautiful! I have been told by many that CBR is larger and involves a lot more walking.
Neither? Both CBR and CSR are sprawling resorts and you can find yourself a long ways from the restaurants. I also don't like resorts that have multiple bus-stops because they tend to pick up a bunch of large groups right before the bus arrives at my stop. (Do you want to sit separately from your significant other?) I've also had a terrible dining experience at Maya grill and would not recommend it to anyone. As for the food court, yes, The Pepper Market is a nice food court. Keep in mind that they add gratuity to your bill, which is unusual for a food court.
POFQ is smaller and more intimate moderate resort with great theming. In my experience, we did not have to share buses, but I've heard that during the day, the same bus may serve both POR (3 stops) and POFQ (1 stop). POFQ also has boat connection to downtown Disney, which makes up for its lack of table service restaurant.

I saw the thread topic and came here to suggest the exact same thing! We love POFQ, have stayed there 3 times, it's a cozy little resort, great for adults!
Neither. I'd suggest POR. We've stayed at all the moderates, and this by far is the most romantic IMO. They even have horse drawn carriage rides, can't get any more romantic then that! Also the boat that goes to DTD is VERY romantic at night.

Never stayed there before, but my brother and his family have stayed there at least twice (maybe more) and they're heading out there at the end of August again! They love it there!
You can do what you wish but if we were going alone we would go back to POFQ. CB was very big but CSR seemed to have more bars because I think it has a Convention Hall.
We have stayed at Riverside and love, love, love it. We have visited French Quarter but actually thought it was too small. Food court didn't have a lot of options. Riverside has a nice sized food court with lots of options. Also you will have to check out Piano Bar. Have a great time!
Riverside. There are 2 sections there: 1) Alligator Bayou - more rustic, lots of vegetation, feels more secluded or 2) Magnolia Bend - plantation home mansions, manicured landscaping, fountains etc. We've stayed on either side and prefer the Bayou section, but that's just us.
We liked POFQ because of its small size, very easy to get around no matter which building you're in. Also, if you're going during a time of year when the buses are shared with Riverside the buses always pick up and drop off at POFQ first. The downside is there is no table-service restaurant on site, which didn't matter to us as we were on the DDP and always had ADRs. I recommend the unofficial Port Orleans website at portorleans.org, it's got tons of info on the resort.
