Does anyone know if the construction is supposed to be finished by Christmas at CBR and CSR?

Nope, it won't.

CSR's construction will last through next December for room rehabs and a tower construction. CBR is getting a new centertown complex and potentially a gondola system, so the construction there is going to take a long time, too.

I'm glad I was able to stay there in the past. It's okay. I'll look forward to new adventures at other resorts!
