Im a little confused about the price for the Horse-Drawn Carriage Rides (at Fort Wilderness and Port Orleans Riverside)

https://disneyworld.disney.go.com/recreation/carriage-rides/

Does anyone know if the price stated on the website is per person?
Or per carriage or per trip?

Also, the price toward the top of the website states $64, but the summary says "Each horse-drawn carriage rides cost $45 and trots along for 25 minutes."
Not sure if its meant to be 45 or 64? o.O
Im assuming the later, because, well, Disney.

Finally, any idea if this includes tax?
Where we're from tax must be shown in price by law, but I know that's different in the states and most of the time the price excludes tax - correct?

PS: sorry for posting this, I know it says to call and ask but being international that can be troublesome, so just wanted to ask if anyone here has done this recently and would know was all :)

I do know that at POR and POFQ it is $45, which does include the tax, per carriage ride. I do not know about the one at Ft. Wilderness.

This is what I found on portorleans.org which is a great source for info on both Port Orlean resorts.
The cost is $45 including tax for the 25-minute ride and the carriage can hold up to four adults, or three adults and two small children (children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult). You should arrive at the marina area no later than 15 minutes before your scheduled departure time and wait for the carriage to collect you. The service may be cancelled in cases of inclement weather.

We went on the Holiday Sleigh ride in Ft Wilderness in December....that was $64 for the sleigh. Can't remember if tax was included, usually isn't in WDW price quotes. FYI it was fabulous with all the campers decorating and I would easily do again !

We did the carriage ride at POR, it was $45 total, plus tip.

How early does this start in the season? I'm looking for something romantic to do with hubby on a date night in November while the kids are in the Cub's Den or with the Fairy Godmothers. Do you think the Holiday Sleigh ride would start as early as 11/15? If not, is the better option to do the carriage ride at POR. I did hear that one is nice. Thanks!

The sleigh rides started on December 1st when we did it in 2012. I checked again last year and it was the same. Seeing as though we traveled in November last year we did the carriage ride at POR instead and it was very nice. This year we will do the Fort Wilderness Carriage ride. Great way to end the night!
