I just called to reserve a carriage ride, and I know I should have asked the man on the phone this, but it totally slipped my mind. I had to give him my credit card number to reserve the time, and if I need to cancel I am supposed to do so 24 hours in advance so I will not be charged. Well, what if it starts pouring rain that night and they don't do the carriage rides... will I still get billed?
.
We have our carriage ride booked for Sept 7 at Port Orleans, and I was informed to show up 15 minutes prior to my reservation, and it was then that the weather decision would be made. If they say it's cancelled, you will obviously not be charged. They said they made the showing up part mandatory only because of Florida's quick rain and they don't want people to assume its cancelled when it may stop raining and the ride would still go on. In this case, if you did not show and it stopped raining, you may be charged.
for the link. It was very helpful.
Any suggestions???
