Carousel of Progress Anyone?

It's the very first thing we have to go on when we get to the Magic Kingdom! And we will be doing that VERY soon! Our kids are DD5 & DS9 and DS just loves to recite the lines AND sing the song.

CoP is true Disney. Still one of the best attractions around.

Carousel of Progress is one of my favorites. As a matter of fact, my Mom and I have decided to make it the first attraction we visit this year. We hope to make that a tradition.

We always make sure to stop in. It reminds us of the 1965 NY World's fair which I believe was its debut. (Oh, oh, we're dating ourselves). But it reminds me of my puppy days notheless.

One of our favorites. I taped it when talks began (shortly before Walt's 100th B-Day, of all times ) of closing CoP & putting an "E Ticket" attraction in it's place. I think the powers that be nixed the idea due to consumer pressure to keep some of Walt alive in the Parks..... (I'd like to think they listen, maybe that's the Rose Colored galsses speaking again)

My family loves it. My brother is 31 and just went back to WDW for the first time since he was 12. His favorite attraction was CoP - he and his friend saw it numerous times.

No, you are not. We love it and sing along each time. We always go off season, so this March was the first time my husband and I had seen COP since 1989, and my kids first. I think that it is very educational and funny and we will go every time that we get a chance!

I love COP too and never get tired of it! There's always something to look at and enjoy and the song is great! We went on this last week. My DS slept through most of it this time, although he likes it too and was just tired!

Me too!! It is a disney classic. Cant get that catchy tune out of my head even after I get home but gotta love it.
