Caron Keating

Just heard the sad news that Caron Keating has died after a long battle with breast cancer aged just 42. She leaves behind 2 young sons and I feel very sad today, not least because she was very close to me in age and there but for the grace of God... My sympathies to her family.

Desperately sad news ! She's Gloria Hunniford's daughter isn't she? She was such an attractive livewire and a really lovely personality......... very sad news indeed - like Kaylee, I had no idea she was sick.

It's very sad for someone so young and with a young family.All the money in the world which provides the best treatment doesn't always make any difference.

Apparently, she had been in some special clinic somewhere (abroad I think) and only came home about two days before she died - to her mother's house - Gloria Hunniford. I was trying to work out if she was related to Ronan Keating. Someone on another board thought they might have been cousins and Ronan's mother died of the same thing.

It's so sad isn't it ? How awful for Gloria - I know it's hard on parents when they outlive their children too too sad

It really is so sad. I had no idea that she was ill. I feel so sorry for her family, particularly her two young sons.
