carolyn allen's tuxedos

my fiance is planning on using carolyn allen's tuxedos. i've read that they come to the hotel to do measurements and all that good stuff. being that we're going to do a MK portrait session, he'll need the tux for another day or two. do the people at carolyn allen's pick up the tuxedos at your hotel? thank you all in advance for your help.

They do not come to your room for measurements. You must get your measurements taken at home and send them to CAs. They do come to your room to bring the tux and ensure the sizing is correct...basically a fitting.

They will pick up the tux afterward, but if you inform them that you need it an extra day or two, then they will give you instructions on what to do. They did not charge us extra, but that it not a guarantee that they have not changed thier policies. We notified them upon booking that we would require the tux for the wedding day (Sat) and thru our MK session (Monday). They had us drop it off with the front desk Monday morning after the MK session.

thank you for your help. this will be a relief to us both in regards to the tux. rob does have his measurements. he just has to make that phone call to make an appointment. thank you again. is there anyone that i should ask for?

Hi,

We used Carolyn allens for our Tux when we had our VR last December.

They were wonderful, nothing was too much trouble for them I can certainly recommend them

I lived in Fla when we got married and bought my dress there and of course got tux's. They are absolutely wonderful to deal with there! No problems at all.
