Carolwood Society Un-Meeting 2025

The Carolwood Society will hold an Un-Meeting in Orlando for 2025.
This is the Train Society that sprang from Walt's love of trains.
Although activities are mainly at or near Disneyland, they conduct "Un-Meetings" in Orlando.

1. The 2025 Un-Meeting:
. . . Friday, September 26th through Sunday, September 28th,
. . . Renaissance Orlando Resort Hotel on Hotel Plaza Boulevard near Disney Springs.
. . . Special hotel rates, plus 3-days in advance and 3-days following
. . . The agenda has yet to be published, but is usually exciting and interesting.

2. I have attended past Un-Meetings, and always had fun, and am also a member of the Society.
. . . We did not attend the last one, as the Train Tour was not of the WDW trains or train system.
. . . In the past, we had a SPECIAL tour of the Train Repair Barn
. . . we saw the maintenance and repairs of the steam engines
. . . we saw the maintenance and repairs of monorails
. . . we were allowed to photograph everywhere (the normal train tour forbids it)

Has anyone found the tickets on Eventbrite?

I am a member (but not attending the UnM) and have not heard about availability and yes, Eventbrite does not show anything for it yet.

But if you log in at carolwood.com and click on "unmeeting" there are many rules and plans and it says to go to Everbrite for tickets. I guess they got ahead of Everbrite. Interesting new format for the unmeeting. Ten years ago several of us worked hard to set up displays in the Carolwood Pacific room and allowed guests at the WL to enjoy. Many families did. Now they want us to pay $200 for a table to display some of our hobby. I'm very curious to see the ticket prices.

Thanks! I don't see an email but there is now a working link if logged into carolwood.com.
Well, this makes me sad. Just like the new Disney, the new Carolwood Society is for the fan with money to burn. The unMeeting used to be a no-cost get together unless it involved a meal.
