I have been wanting to move to SC for some time. Someone on the boards mentioned Carolina Forest and it seems like a nice area.
We are thinking about moving, need to make a new start, DH lost his job, we could sell our house here and buy down there and have our house paid for. Plus DS will be starting lst. grade in Sept. he is still doing Kinder. in his daycare.
Any adivce on the area, or moving out of state, any regrets, how are the schools, did you rent and then buy a house. Did you have a job before hand?
I know a ton of questions. DH could pick up tomorrow and move, were I need to do lots of research.
I will take any advice or comments, or any other nice areas in SC or NC. We would prefer to be a little closer to the beach area at least and hour.
