Poodled back to Epcot today mainly to return the Chinese pillow that I’d bought yesterday and had discovered was coming unstitched and had lost a tassle when I picked it up last night.
The only part of World Showcase we’d missed out on was Canada so we ventured over there first thing and watched the lovely 360 show, so beautiful and really reminded me of a lovely trip we did there a few years back. Headed back to future world and stuck the kids in Innoventions and went to buy up the rest of the China shop, Pillow returned ,chopsticks bought, every one happy.
Had a lovely trip on Spaceship Earth and Jeremy Irons voice is so soothing I’m sure I dropped off at one point! Not that you’d have noticed the difference.
We ventured onto Test Track which was another first for us and thoroughly enjoyed it, although the film at the beginning made us all think we’d come off throwing up! It was great fun though and not half as scary as I’d been led to believe.
The skies opened up again this afternoon so we took the Monorail over to the TTC and I arranged for Ruth Reg Dan and Callum to sit up front, they thought this was fantastic and I’d have loved to have done it, but I’ll put it on my list for things to do next time, they all got their co pilots licences so Callums is now pride of place in his room. We changed onto the resort monorail and went over to the Poly for a wee look about – this place is fab and is on my list of places to stay when my numbers come up.
We take the bus back to the ASMo so the kids can have the best part of the afternoon in the pool, and I was missing my friend (otherwise known as Bailey) of course the mousekeepers had been at it again and we took photos of the various antics the toys had been up to.
Ate in the food court again, a reasonable choice and fairly good value for a resort hotel. Had a few Baileys and off to bed,
