Is Carnival one of the companies which can be booked thru DIS Savers? If yes, can you book multiple reservations (for other family members) using one membership with different credit card #s for payment on each reservation?

Yes, Carnival is one of the Cruise Lines currently available through our DisSavers program.

The way DisSavers works is the member needs to be on the reservation in order to get the discount. So, unfortunately you would not be able to allow your family members to book on their own and use different credit cards to receive the discount.
