Carissa's Make A Wish WDW May 2012

Carissa was granted a MAW to WDW in May. What should we expect? dont have any information of anything except the days & time we are flying out. I heard of BibbidiBobbidiBoutique make over & would like her to do it. But do we have to make reservations, How much does it cost, or should we let MAW know?

Carissa was born March 5, 2009. She was diagnosed with a brain tumor Oct 13, 2011. Make a Wish contacted us on March 5 saying her wish had been granted.
