Caring for Rhinos Tour?

I have been trying to get a spot since our 60 day opened up, no luck but I don't know if they truly become available that far in advance.
When do they become available?

I had been watching this thread too since I was approaching my 60 days. I was able to book a tour on our last day. It does appear that they only do 1 a day.
