Caribe Royale

Has anyone stayed at the Caribe Royale? I am thinking of staying there over Easter and I need some input from some people about this hotel. Is it clean? How large is the room? Is it old? I am very picky about hotels and i am worried about this one b/c its not a $250 hotel. Can someone please help!?
